Facilities

The Hudson River Valley Wine and Culinary Center will be a state-of-the-art facility consisting of:

  • An Indoor Festival Marketplace serving as the centerpiece of the Center. The marketplace will provide reception and welcoming services, exhibits and demonstrations, as well as opportunities to purchase Hudson Valley food products, New York wines and other merchandise
  • Space for training, conferences and classes. This space will be able to be reconfigured to meet the requirements of groups of various sizes and formats.
  • A Wine Bar & Dining Room able to accommodate seating for approximately 40 diners and 20 patrons at the wine bar
  • Adjoining outdoor patio accommodating up to 200 people for standing receptions
  • Staff offices and storage for the marketplace, restaurant, educational space and staff needs

Construction and outfitting of the New York Wine and Culinary Center cost approximately $385 per square foot. Assuming construction of a similar facility in the Hudson Valley would cost $500 per square foot, total cost of the Hudson River Valley Wine and Culinary Center is projected to be $6.25 million.
